With over 25 years of experience in the music, non-profit, and corporate sectors, she’s been recognized as a Most Admired CEO, Woman of Influence, and on Forbes Next 1000. Scott holds a BS in Public Relations from Appalachian State University and an MBA from Vanderbilt University.

Katherine Kirk Fenech, CEO of Chicago Is…LLC and Between the Coasts Events, brings nearly 20 years of expertise in the DMC and event management industry. An active member of ADEMI, she is committed to advocating for educational resources in underserved communities and serves on the Advisory Board of After School Matters in Chicago. Katherine’s passion for creating extraordinary experiences is matched by her dedication to both personal and professional growth.

With 15 years in the hospitality industry and 11 of those spent at IMS, Sylvie has learned that the key to success is not just about impeccable service, it’s about keeping a great sense of humor while doing it! Outside of work, you can find her with her nose buried in a book, perfecting her tennis serve, or attempting to lower her golf score. Sylvie believes in balancing hard work with a bit of fun.

Sheri is co-owner of MCC Destination Management, bringing over 25 years of experience in the event and destination management industry. She is passionate about innovating business events and showcasing local, sustainable solutions. Sheri is actively involved in the Destination Canada Business Events Advisory Committee and the Discover Saskatoon Advisory Board. Outside her work at MCC, Sheri co-founded the mesh conference, reflecting her commitment to fostering community and collaboration across industries.

Belinda Maguire Christopher, who founded Destination Fabulous in 2014, a premier destination management company in Las Vegas, is known for her hands-on leadership and creative vision, she has built a reputation for crafting exclusive, personalized events for celebrities, athletes, and corporate leaders. For Belinda, Destination Fabulous isn’t just a business—it’s a legacy of love, creativity, and passion, inspired by her father’s memory and brought to life through a decade of groundbreaking events.

Paolo Teruzzi is the General Manager at CTI Incentives & Events in Italy, with over 20 years of experience in the MICE industry. Passionate about travel and meeting people from diverse cultures, he believes empathy is key to building strong relationships. Paolo prefers face-to-face meetings to create meaningful connections. With Irish roots, he enjoys unwinding outdoors, whether on a golf course, biking, or reading a book.

Emily Kratt, CIS, CITP, is the Managing Director of INNOVATX Events, with over 20 years of event industry experience. A Past President of SITE Texas, she is recognized for her leadership and innovation in event management. Passionate about sustainability and corporate social responsibility, Emily drives excellence in the global event space. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her 3 dogs, 1 cat, and a glass of California cabernet.

Frédéric Frère is the co-founder and CEO of Embrace, a multi-specialist group operating in Portugal across corporate travel, luxury travel, events, corporate and sports events, and technology. Along with serving on the GDP Advisory Board, he is also part of the American Express GBT’s Partners Network, and is Chairman of APAVT’s Supervisory Board. Frère also sits on the boards of the French-Portuguese and Belgian-Luxembourg-Portuguese Chambers of Commerce, as well as Glion’s Alumni Association (AAG).

Jessica is an experienced Division Sales Manager with a proven track record in the MICE travel and tourism industry. She excels in negotiation, quality control, hospitality management, customer service, and sales. Since 2015, Jessica has been leading the MICE division at Furlong Incoming. She holds a degree from Universidad Abierta Interamericana and has held key roles in project leadership and sales management.

Lucia Zirolli is the Sales & Marketing Director at Furlong Incoming DMC, based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. With over 16 years of experience in the industry, she has held roles ranging from MICE Account Executive to Meetings & Incentives Manager. Lucia has been with Furlong Incoming since 2008, contributing significantly to the company’s growth and success. She has served as Sales & Marketing Director since 2018, bringing expertise in strategic marketing and client relationship management.

With over 20 years of experience, including 17 in senior management, Matthew leads the award-winning Destination Asia Group, delivering unique experiences for corporate, cruise, and leisure guests across seven Asian countries. He collaborates with regional offices and a global sales network to create tailored, authentic solutions that exceed client expectations.
