Solution
- The DMC designed a layout that maximized space, logistics flow, and guest comfort in an infrastructure-free area.
- Coordinated with top-tier local suppliers to manage all event elements, including mega mold flooring, tent structures, stage and backstage areas, luxury restrooms, water cisterns, and catering operations.
- Built temporary access roads and created a luxurious rainforest-themed atmosphere with high-end furniture and floral décor.
Outcome
The event was a standout success, flawlessly executed in a remote location. It received glowing feedback from attendees, who praised the unique setting and flawless execution; many calling it one of the most memorable events they’d ever attended. One guest even photographed the décor for inspiration for her wedding.
