What information is collected, and why?
When a user visits our website, we collect information about the visit that does not identify the user personally. We track information such as the domain from which the user is visiting and the user’s browser type. We also collect specific information regarding the user’s session on our website. This includes items such as the date and time of the visit and the pages viewed.

Global DMC Partners does not collect any personally identifiable financial or health-related information unless it pertains to your attendance at a specific event. We do not intentionally collect information from children under the age of 13.

Personally identifiable information is collected for analysis to improve the content of the website and the services we provide the user. Global DMC Partners owns the collected information and will not sell, trade, or rent the information to others. We may use the information to continue contact with the user. This may include contact such as follow-up calls, e-mail correspondence, or mail correspondence to follow-up on the contact or to provide marketing information about Global DMC Partners company news, DMC Partner news, promotions, new services, or important website changes. Global DMC Partners may share this information with its DMC Partners for the specific purpose of a promotion or service offering.
Customized Internal Database – Salesforce Product
Personally identifiable information (email, phone, address information) is collected over email or phone when a client provides information about an upcoming program to a Global DMC Partners representative. This information is collected and stored in our customer database, Salesforce, indefinitely. For more information about how this information is stored and protected in Lighthouse/Salesforce, please visit Salesforce’s Notice of Certification Under the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework here. To facilitate our global operations, we transfer this contact information through Salesforce to our DMC Partners around the globe for that DMC Partner to follow up with the client on the specific programs/information they have requested. The DMC Partner will collect and store this information following their specific privacy policies. Please refer to the specific DMC Partner’s privacy policy for more information on how your information is stored and protected by that specific DMC.
Newsletter and Communication
By working with Global DMC Partners and allowing us to store your information in our Customized Internal Database, you acknowledge that Personally Identifiable Information will be securely stored by Global DMC Partners indefinitely for occasional communication from our sales and marketing team via personalized emails and newsletter communications. Users have the right at any time to unsubscribe from Global DMC Partners communication. This can be done by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in marketing emails, replying “unsubscribe”, or emailing info@globaldmcpartners.com and asking to be removed from all communication.
Event Registration for Live and Online Events
Personally identifiable information is collected from you in order to provide and oversee registration services to you. The information will be used to email event-related information, provide customer service, create name badges and potentially book travel accommodations (if applicable). Necessary travel information, such as date of birth, will be encrypted after it is collected. Global DMC Partners owns the collected information and will not sell, trade, or rent the information to others. We may use the information to continue contact with the user. This may include contact such as follow-up calls, e-mail correspondence, or mail correspondence to follow-up on the contact. Global DMC Partners may share this information with its DMC or Business Partners to execute the event, oversee registration services, provide customer service, and book travel and hotel accommodations (if applicable).
Your consent to provide your personally identifiable information will be collected for each separate event via online registration provided by Swoogo, Zoom, or Alchemer.
Tradeshow and Event Participation
By agreeing to have a badge scanned at Global DMC Partners booth at all tradeshows where Global DMC Partners is exhibiting, you are giving consent to Global DMC Partners to access and store your registration data. By scheduling an appointment, holding a meeting or exchanging a business card at any event where Global DMC Partners is in attendance, you are giving consent to Global DMC Partners to access and store your information. All Personally Identifiable Information that the user supplied when registering for the event will be securely stored by Global DMC Partners indefinitely for occasional communication from our sales and marketing team. This information will not be shared with any third party vendors.
Are “Cookies” used on the website?
“Cookies” are small pieces of information that are placed on a web user’s hard drive. We may use cookies to provide you with better service. Finally, access to PII is limited to a small number of personnel and on a need-to-know basis.
