  • The Rosewood Miramar Beach opened in 2019 on the shores of Montecito. It is the first ultra-luxury resort in the area to offer guestrooms set directly over the sand. The property offers 124 rooms, 37 suites, and over 33,000 sq ft of indoor/outdoor space.
  • In Spring 2021, the Santa Barbara Museum of Art revealed a new, multi-floor wing, housing new photography and contemporary art galleries, as well as renovated galleries, as part of its multi-year, $50 million renovation.
