Founded in 1984, Sunbound is one of The Bahamas’ most mature and largest Destination Management Company specializing in Meetings, Incentives and Conferences. With offices serving The Bahamas, the company is exclusively committed to non-vacation group travel. Services throughout the entire operating area include full ground-program operations, transportation management, professional meet-and-greet staff, activities theme décor and event production. Our clients return to us year after year as they enjoy working with their hands-on sales and operations staff. We love our clients and enjoy working with them through the creative process.
What Makes Us Unique
Since we have been on the island for over 20 years, Sunbound has certainly created long term relationships not only with our suppliers but also the resort staff and our local staff to help support the services we provide. Without these partnerships, we would not have been successful over the years. As a local DMC, we also house all our décor and linens in our warehouse located in the heart of Nassau. It is essential to have your inventory on island to be successful.

- New Resort opening – Pharrell Williams in partnership with David Grutman will be opening the new resort called “Somewhere Else” on Paradise Island. It is expected to open January 2024.
- Baha Mar Water Park is open! – This new addition is welcome for adults and children. What a great addition to an already amazing resort.
- TSA Precheck has arrived in The Bahamas – as of March 1, 2022, TSA Precheck is open in Nassau, Bahamas.
- Michelin-Starred Michael White “Paranza” has opened at The Cove in June 2023
- Margaritaville Resort – Our newest resort on the island! Located on the Nassau Harbor with their own water park and incredible dining options.
